For those who hope and dream

While some may say that FireFox is a more secure browser, which it is to an extent, don't expect miracles. There have been many instances lately where it seems that all of the problems that Mozilla Foundation thinks are wrong with Internet Explorer seem to be problems they have themselves.
Firefox is subject to all of the security vulnerabilities as internet explorer, especially with the massive security hole that is the Java Platform. Check out this screen shot of when i mistyped and was redirected to another site from the integrated search feature in FireFox. Instead of bringing up a search page, it actually redirects you to the first link of the search results.
I personally can't wait until Internet Explorer 7 comes out. Internet Explorer 7 + Microsoft .NET Framework = Most Secure Experience.

Oh, btw, does your school's CS department use MS tools for its development environment?

Wait, how is Firefox "subject to all of the security vulnerabilities as internet explorer" when it doesn't use ActiveX?

If anything, it'll make it less secure...god, that framework causes me NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Install it to make Catalyst control center work, and next thing I know I'm getting D3D errors left and right. Gack, use real code.
