The final version of ASP.NET 2.0 has been released to MSDN Subscribers and it is also available for public download at Microsoft's Download Center.
Currently the redistributable and SDK for .NET are available.

Since it's a new release, maybe the pages it produces will be displayed correctly in Firefox and other non-IE browsers. One can only hope...
